Mission Statement
Our mission is to help lacrosse players grow through quality coaching, competitive opportunities, leadership development, and a team-first environment that builds confidence on and off the field.
Developing skilled players, confident leaders, and lifelong teammates through competitive lacrosse training and a strong family culture.
The Dragons Way
Dragons Lacrosse Club combines competitive athletic opportunities with a commitment to the ongoing development of each player. Our practices, training camp, and off-season skills clinics are just as important as the tournaments we attend. Our coaching staff is invested in the individual training and growth of each player. We develop elite, driven players in a challenging and exciting atmosphere where leadership and teamwork are cultivated in all athletes. It is our hope that each player can carry their love of the sport with them and always strive to reach their highest potential both on and off the field.
Dragons Leadership and Development
Our coaching staff takes pride in the development of each and every player. Learning the fundamentals of the game the right way and establishing a solid lacrosse IQ over time is essential to each player's development.
The Culture at Dragons Lacrosse is a family atmosphere, players become better teammates, and life-long friendships are established.
Dragon Coaching
The coaching staff of the Dragons Lacrosse Club Teams are comprised of current and former Division 1 College All-Americans, and current and former high school and youth coaches. Our philosophy as coaches is simple; Get each player better, play as a team, compete at a high level
Off-Season Training
We take pride in the development of each player. As much as we encourage each of our players to play multiple sports, it's important to keep your stick in your hand in the off-season.
